i thought it was great, i had a wonderful time in theaters. it was just a massive "fuck you" to warner brothers. lana didnt want to make the movie, warner brothers told her that if she didn't she would lose the rights to it, and the entire movie was written by lana to demonstrate her absolute distaste for the fact that she had to do it

@@thanaGogical theres legit a scene where neo is talking about how Warner Brothers is forcing him to work on a sequel to the Matrix (an in-universe videogame) despite the fact that he doesn't think a sequel is necessary, i laughed so fuckin hard in theatres
