@@Vanshikasinghrathour sure, open the universitaly portal and register, then login and fill the non eu pre enrollment application and after submitting it you’ll find the summary attached to your application. If you wanna know how to fill it then just searxh it up on KZread, you’ll find many videos

I have got offer later from the University of Messina. All documents are ready. But it's been almost 45 days + that I have applied for pre enrollment summary. Haven't got it yet. 😢 Can you tell me the reason for doing late . will not there any problem for this ? Why the university is doing so late 😢 . I can't apply for visa without that Hope you will kindly reply something about that
