The medical profession in Germany has high starting salaries and doctors are well paid throughout their careers. There are of course differences depending on your professional experience and the medical area you work in.
MBBS course in Germany lasts 6 years and 3 months. However, for International students, the course can last 7 years and 3 months due to an additional language preparatory course. ie. Studienkollege. MBBS colleges in Germany, whether public or private, offer their courses at an incredibly subsidized rate.
In Germany, you can study MBBS for free. No tuition fees are charged for doctoral study at public universities in Germany.

German language is one of the most difficult European languages. You should be intelligent to get into MBBS course in Germany in a state medical academy. Part time job is not enough to meet he expense for a month. Rent, water, electricity in general is so expensive in West Europe....( I live in Belgium). Study load and work load very difficult to combine. Working conditions for doctors are much better here....but lot of work load as there are lack of specialist doctors.

C1 is enough. You learn C1 level German in Studienkolleg and FSP in German is equivalent to C1 certificate.
