Yes I'm gonna be graduating from college next year. But I don't have full time work experience. I have 2 years of part time experience. Is that enough for eligibility because I want to do MBA in Amsterdam. Plus how difficult is the preparation for GRE and Gmat?

I have a work experience of 2 years. I had sent my CV to a university in Germany but they said that the average work experience of their batch is 6.5 years. Also, the minimum work experience required in European Universities is 3 years ☹️

Hi Manasi .. don't be disheartened. There are a lot of business schools in Europe which accept candidates with 2 years of work experience. Have u taken the GMAT yet ?

From the research I have conducted. There are uni's in UK that offer MBA to no work experience candidates. The drawback is they are mediocre universities and I dont think there is much scope to stay and work in UK after doing MBA from these average universities. I might be wrong, but this is what I have found. I too wanna go to UK and get an MBA and get residency there.

I have work experience of exactly 2 years. IIM A/B/C asks for 4-5 years of work experience. What options do I have in India being an Indian and not an NRI?

Just get good work experience, and good career progression and a good GMAT score. Don’t worry about the brand of the college. As long as the above three are in place you don’t need to worry. You have a good shot to top B schools

@praveendra CA is not counted as work experience but they do recognise it as work. We have had many CAs do MBA abroad. You will have to work sometime after your articleship too. Distance learning as long as it’s from a recognised institution is not a problem.

Hi Subhash, It's great to hear that you're running a funded startup already. You can apply through deferred admission programs right after graduating. With a good GMAT score and well-written essays, it shouldn't be too tough for you to get an admit. If you don't get in through deferred admission programs, consider working full-time for two years and then applying again.
