4:34 is actually extremely true just speaking from personal experience... by actually voicing your thoughts aloud with someone like a friend or family member they’ll tend to give you their own personal opinion on something that may be bothering you and most of the time, it’s never as bad as you make it out to be or how you believe it to be inside your mind. Just something to remember: the mind can be a dangerous place as you can let it consume you, you can get stuck in it. That’s why it’s extremely important to at least try to change your mindset, be optimistic, be open with loved ones. Try not to isolate yourself from the world, and don’t take life too seriously.
