Mazak does not need to publish operator manual anymore. Your videos are enough for the operators to use the lathe with Mazatrol control unit ;) thanks a lot :)

Should point out the max min points / lines at jaw #1 for stroke of jaw... the safe zone where you want the part clamped... if it is outside the two inner lines you lose gripping power... can have a part kick out in a cut... learned that the hard way..

"Oh man, I would love to work in your workshop." I have been labeling all my jaws with their jaw numbers in the same spot on all three to show its a matched set. I to also scratch my position into the jaw for faster set up. Must admit that the Ø sizing is something I learnt today. Thank you. The plugs to hold stock is another thing I will take with me . And the plugs are made on the machine for the material your using. MAGIC!. Unfortunately the people above me took my Kitagawa & sloped it out for a 2 Jaw . They just don't understand ROUND. This video by far is one of the best I have watched in ages. IT's JUST COMMON $ENCE . and $ubscribed 🐙🐙🐙🐙🐙
