What’s wrong is fighters not respecting the A-side status, thinking their stars when they’re not. What’s wrong is fans being bias thinking another man suppose to take lesser money to please people, rather than holding theirs favorite fighter accountable. What’s wrong with boxing is this casuals being fooled into thinking these fighters r doing something, when their favorite fighter r coming in fights 25-30+lbs over their weight, beating smaller and older guys.

The man blows up to 200+lbs overnight after making 168 lol. He suppose to be dominant when he’s facing a guy who started his career at 154. Dominant is when u started ur career at 147, and won belts all the way to 175; 28lbs north. Running through ur 4th division, beating bigger guys, and making great guys ur size look ordinary.

If he decide to fight another no name, then it might not do what they thinks it’ll do but it’ll still sell because of the attraction tank has. But it’s not going to do what he just did with Ryan. Tank is the A side, we can all agree but he might have to make a business B side decision and just move up to 140 because at 135 I don’t think nobody is worthy of the numbers he want to do consistently. Tank wanted Ryan to come down to 135 and there wouldn't have been any rehydration clause but Ryan wanted a catch weight so tank gave him 1 pound and a rehydration clause. So 136. Ryan made concessions to make the fight because he wanted it. Devin thinks he's got the leverage to dictate shit and he jus doesn't! He flopped on PPV.

Does Leonard make sense about Bob putting Haney in a 3 fight deal with all three fights already pre-planned yes! Dev was suppose to beat Kam twice and lose to Loma and then Loma was suppose to fight Shakur (passing of the torch fight) however Dev beat Loma. But the one problem I have with what Leonard said was when Dev beat Loma and was a free agent, he made it clear that he would stay at 135 for Shakur and Tank. To add to that he offered Shakur a fight (25%) at '35 which he passed on. Right then and there Tank and his team could have made the fight. Once Dev and Bill realized that wasn't going to happen they moved up to '40.

Every time I hear him talk, it just reinforces that we ain't ever getting the fights we want. Basically what he keeps saying is that since Tank is on such a different level with how much money he can draw, he's never gonna fight the best fighters. To put this out in the public is literally slapping the fans in the face. Boxing fans really gotta buckle down and not support the fights being made with this rationale.
