It’s not really divisive in my opinion . I’m proud of what you are doing Mayor Scott. It seems similar to how the state increased funding for HBCU’s, like Coppin and Morgan. They had been neglected and underfunded for decades. Now they have beautiful campuses with modern buildings like Towson and UMBC. 👏🏽👏🏽
