That's because it's shown against her skin tone. What this video is helpful for is comparing the shades to each other, e.g. you can see if a shade is more yellow/orange/neutral than another.

Loved the video 💕 I’m thinking of getting the shade 330 but I’m not sure if it will be too dark. When buying foundation,should a shade lighter or a shade darker if I can’t find my perfect shade.

You could try 332 if you have a lot of yellow in your skin. It's a little brighter than 330

322 - pink under tone 332 has warm(yellow) undertone and 330 has orange undertone.

Do note that 332 is so much lighter than 330.

I'm pretty much a bigginer too . I've just ordered maybelline fit me in the shade 322. Hoping its not too dark or too light for me. It sucks being a person of colour my skin just constanly changes with the weathee so its frustrating finding the righf shades for me
