We made it to Ubud! At one of our now favorite resorts no less. Maya Ubud is everything we dreamed off in terms of bringing the most value a guest could ask for. With just two nights here, we were pampered to the max!
From checking into our Heavenly Pool Villa to relishing in the most marvelous spa experience overlooking the riverside and jungle, we were living out our romantic Maya Escape! On top of that, we were feasting like no tomorrow. With daily complimentary afternoon tea at the Tree Bar, incredible buffet spreads at Mayasari, a multi-course romantic picnic basket, our first ever floating breakfast and a private in-villa grill dinner under the stars, we were lucky to not have been rolled out of Maya Ubud after checking out!

Thanks for the great video. What time of year were you there? We’re thinking of visiting Thailand in December with a few days in Ubud, but know December is rainy season in Bali. I don’t mind some rain and even a brief downpour, but also want enough breaks in the rain to get out and enjoy the island a bit.

We were here towards the end of Feb which is supposed to be rainy season as well but the weather was fantastic! Even when it did rain, it never lasted very long. Also, a bit of rain in Ubud is kind of relaxing ☺️
Absolute beautiful romantic getaway much more than a hotel review. Just wondering did you pre-book all the activities and private dining experiences.

Thank you! Yes everything was pre booked to make it easier for us. But for the most part it’s definitely okay to book during the stay!

We’re not 100% sure but we believe it’s 1.5m at the deeper end
