Bibingka is also a specialty of pampanga,, it is a glutinous rice powder, milk and egg,, if its sold traditionally.. We will also put salted egg on the top, usually bibingka is everywhere around the vicinity of the church during simbang gabi, it is traditionally cooked in a tray to which we used charcoal in the bottom and on the top of the tray..or metal dish?😁😀😋
