Leave loading is due to not being able to take overtime pay whilst on leave...which you may normally get through working. So to encourage people in certain industries to take/use their leave, the leave loading was introduced (because some people relied on their overtime income) 😊 its typically only paid if your industry award sets out that leave loading is payable. I am paid well above the award and don't get leave loading unfortunately haha.

Definitely noticed the missed vlog so glad you still delivered. Would love to see a breakdown of your travel costs and tips.

oooh this is a tough one! 1. making it a daily habit and tracking everyday is KEY. 2. Working out what your goals are with your finances and working your budget around that. Anytime you go to make a purchase ask yourself "Is that a want or a need? will this help me reach my financial goals?" 3. Keep it realistic!

Out of curiosity do you guys have a good coffee machine or is your coffee a splurge purchase as such ? We decided to buy a machine after seeing how much it all adds up 😊

To tend to buy a bunch a clothes RIGHT before a trip too BUT i more than likely won't want to wear any of it on the trip because it takes me a while to feel comfortable to new clothes/i don't know if it will get halfway through the day and i feel uncomfortable in what i am wearing. 🤣 Weird, i know!
