Rhian HY It definitely seems like we have similar tastes. Some of my faves are The OA (possibly my #1), Ozark, The Sinner, The Stranger, The Outsider, Unbelievable (really great!). Ohhh, Lilyhammer! If you haven’t seen it, I bet that you would love it. It’s kind of a really weird dark comedy. Lol, it’s just so F’ing weird. Give it a couple episodes to get into the groove. Idk if you watched Six Feet Under many years ago, but it’s one of my favorite series ever. I’m not sure if it’s on Netflix or not. I would love to rewatch it all. But yeah, The OA’s incredible. Let me know some of your faves:)) Hope all’s well, lovely.

I have been loving Lavanila Sport Luxe deodorant! I used to use Love Beauty and Planet deodorant, but this holds up a lot better and I don’t have to reapply throughout the day! 💞

Hi Rhian! I wanted to mention another alternative to the menstrual cup. I personally had issues with the suction and found them really painful to remove, so about 6 months ago I bought a Nixit which is more disc shaped and does not have any suction. Also, I know you can't see much of it in the frame but the color of your top looks so beautiful with your hair and eye color.

Also as someone who lives in Oklahoma with some brutal summers I haven’t found a deodorant that doesn’t have me smelling by the end of the day.. 🥴🤢 I may look into this Pacifica D.O. but not sure it’ll be strong enough for me! I’m currently using the Meow Meow Tweet which I love because it works but by the end of the day there is just no hope for me lol! Any suggestions would be welcomed! Can’t use Schmidt’s though as it destroyed my pits 😒

Native!! Also, I bought a deodorant spray from public goods that you put on after a shower, and then you use your regular deodorant as normal. It’s not a deodorant replacement, but like an aid... LIFE CHANGER!!!

There's a dermatologist on KZread named Dr. Dray, and she uses and recommends Panoxyl 4% creamy wash (which is a benzol peroxide acne wash - I know it sounds weird). You can look up Dr. Dray body odor and hear her explain how and why it works. I've only been trying it for about a week, but I'm hopeful it will work. Good luck!

megan lash thank you! I only use cruelty free & vegan products and I wasn’t able to find any info on that particular brand regarding that but I would definitely be interested in finding one! It’s just these Summer months that get me plus workouts and it’s a recipe for funk 😂

do you use crest white strips? your teeth are so white and beautiful!

I just have to ask. Do you use a teeth whitener and if so what brand do you use? I’ve noticed since going vegan my teeth have actually gotten whiter and don’t yellow after meals like they use to, however, I still have those tough to get stains from years ago and am curious if you’ve ventured into teeth whitening?

I remember you mentioning having GI issues. How has your issues been going? Also, do you like sci-fi or watch shows on Amazon? My husband and I have gotten back into The Expanse. Such a great show. I have been watching the new Unsolved Mysteries, too. I don't watch too much TV anymore. I spend my time in Animal Crossing or playing other games. Been thinking about streaming more often too.

Ahh i did! I had gastritis and did a 2 week medication and major diet restrictions so thankfully i'm back to normal now! I will definitely check out the Expanse and i did see a couple Unsolved Mysteries. What are you up to on Animal Crossing rn? I decided to move everyones houses around recently 😂

@@rhianhy Right now I'm just helping my mother-in-law catalog things. I built an amusement park area, a pride flower field and I'm breeding some more purple roses for my cemetery. XD I'm glad to hear the gastritis has cleared for you. I just an endoscopy yesterday and I'm getting tested for celiac. they did find I have a hiatal hernia. probably from coughing so hard from what my dr told me was the "flu" in late February!
