Btw, for the frugal girlies, re the Haus Labs shadow - I am currently in love with the LA Girl Dream Glitter liquid shadow (it stays put, no fallout, and looks more shimmeresque than chunky glittery) in Rose Gold. It is a gorgeous bronzy, peachy, golden color and it looks fantastic. I have hooded eyes, it doesn't move around on me, and looks subdued enough for work (I also have a strong 👓 rx tho). Lately, it is my no-time-for-a-look makeup, with just eyeliner,it looks very polished.

I tried glamnetic and did not have a good experience! The first pair I tried did NOT stay on at all (like 2 days). The second pair stayed on longer, but the colors chipped before the first week was up!

I looove olive and june press on nails. Pros: only $10 so best price on the market and you get like 42 sizes which is double most kits, so you really get the best fit for your nail size on every finger. And the legit last 2 weeks! Sold at Target and Walmart so super easy to find/buy

Ive heard that putting a gel topcoat over the press ons makes them look more real and keeps them from fading! Haven’t tried it personally

I love press ons!!! I have not gotten my nails done in a salon in 5 years. Trick for press ons to last longer is putting kiss glue. Also, kiss removal glue helps for the removal of the nails

The best press on nails are glamnetic! I just bought the “wild child” set and Omg!!!

After an incident in the 90s where my Lee press on nails all went flying at various points in my lecture on how to use a piece of software called dBASE IV (omg that's like saying I was churning butter), I will never go near them again. I know they've improved sin e the 90s, but I just am too clumsy to even try.

I was selecting the text so I could copy it bc sometimes it’ll get lost when I hit the post button. Well it was at the point to hit copy and I hit back and deleted it all. Yep. It was worthy of its own faves video on my channel that I’m starting back up again once I get fully moved in to my house. I’m trying to get rid of a lot and it’s difficult for someone who loves clothes and makeup and esp books Ughhh Sorry for thinking this through out loud… :/ That was just A LOT of text I lost simply bc I didn’t want to lose it!!! what a paradox.. How dumb!! Lol But I don’t have my rebranding done yet, so for now I needed a ‘girlfriend’ to tell my “monthly ‘fave raves’” to … bc my soulmate / bff of sixteen years & I ‘broke up’ bc she’s being absolutely horrible about a situation I couldn’t control. ‘When people tell you who they are, believe them’ I can’t talk to my fiancé or anyone else really about my makeup. Now I wanna cry simply bc I didn’t get to air all that but I’m not a crier (unless it’s a song or movie) Ig I’m gonna have to find another way to share without writing all that out again bc it took a while. It was a real monthly favorites. Ughhhh I need a nap Anywayyyy.. Hope things are good w you, Rudi!
