I work as part of the postoffice... Just a tip.... Withdraw your money from the post office and you can ask how you want the denominations. It's now much easier to get money from p.o. Than atms. You'll find more pics as part of local community shops also as p.o. Is shutting lots of offices to save on rental fees. Just a thought

Oh my gosh my brain really was not functioning was it!! 🤣😭🤦🏻‍♀️ I’ll have to make a note to add an extra £10 in next cash stuffing so it evens back out, thank you!! I’ll definitely be restocking them, I’ve added all the existing ones to my save me bundles for the time being just because I’ve been so busy stocking up for the BBMU event next Saturday! Hi! Great video. If you withdraw the money at the post office (rather than cash point) you can request what denominations you would like it in. I think the cash card is for businesses who use the post office to get a lot of change for their tills.

I’ve heard this also but unfortunately for me they don’t accept either of the banks I’m with 😩🤣 they only deal with ‘traditional’ banks so I’ll just have to suffer with my 20’s haha

Post offices are not allowed to change notes up as it’s against money laundering rules, but you can withdraw money out your account in notes and small amounts of change (post offices pay to get change delivered that’s why they get awkward)

Ohhh that makes sense! I wish the guy actually explained that to me rather than just being really awkward and borderline rude about it 😅 unfortunately they don’t accept either of the banks I’m with to withdraw money as I’ve tried to deposit & withdraw money in there before and they’ve refused me also 😂 so I’ll just have to stick to the way I’ve been doing it all along I think haha x

Obvs I don't know who you bank with but it sounds like the same bank as me (I've had a similar experience) - the cash point INSIDE the bank offers choices of denomination. No coins obvs but at least you wouldn't be stuck with all 20s!

It was the post office I went to! We don’t have any banks near me unfortunately and I don’t generally need coins it was only a few £10 and £5 notes I needed, but I’ll just stick to my method of holding onto all the £10’s I come across as change during the month and exchange £20 notes that way 🤣🤣 xx

Im a newb to this, if bills are cheaper by direct debit, do people tend to just not cash stuff that category

So personally whatever is done by direct debit stays that way, and I leave enough in my account to make sure all bills are covered e.g rent, phone bill, council tax etc. anything else that’s left over after that’s all been accounted for is what I withdraw to use for cash stuffing - I hope this helps ☺️
