At almost 81 yrs young. I am SO grateful for my thoughts, beliefs and faith in the Universe. These times are the most important in our lifetime. The privilege of being alive, and witnessing these incredible changes to life and to humanity itself is such a blessing. 😊

I would like to share a technique that has worked for me for many years with this loving, high- vibe community, concerning #7. I honestly don't know if it's origins came from my own guidance or someone else's wisdom, so I apologize if can't honor the source ( except either way, it came from Source!) When feeling the chaos, & uncertain of from where, simply ask God (in your preferred form/ name) to please disconnect you from mass mind. Often peace descends on me within minutes when I do this. About 2 mths ago, I let go of everything I was doing for others, and I was doing a lot while not truly taking care of myself. I’ve lived that way all my life; always putting others 1st! I eventually just let it all go. Of course no one understood and I tried to explain my why, which didn’t help. After a while, I just let it be. Putting me 1st and truly caring for my mental state and health has been the best decision for me. I’ve stepped into a new energy which feels pretty good and energizing. I’m at an exciting time in life. Life if good and peaceful💜

Remember that taking care of your body is not just a physical act, but a spiritual one as well. By cleansing and nourishing your body, you are also nurturing your soul and inviting positive energy and clarity into your life. This sounds like a lot. When I’m having hard things happening I always think the problem will be forever. Like this is my new reality and it will never end. And then when those times do end I’m always surprised and wonder why I didn’t realize it would end when I’m in the middle of difficulties. This that you’re going through will end. It’s not forever. Prayer has power. Also you aren’t the only one - others are going through the same emotions and the same problems. Survive this time for the sake of others. Sometimes that’s a key for me. I really hope that some of this is a tiny bit helpful. Let us know how you’re doing.

I just purchased a grounding sheet to put on my bed it's an incredible thing. It does the same thing as if you are sleeping on the earth. I just learned about it and it made so much sense. You can find them online .

that’s so insane!!! literally having this exact experience right now, two years of a not making any music, every time i tried to play it was like i had forgot, but i played the other day and it was like i never stopped

Thank you for your insightful comment. I hear you on the shift from giver to receiver. Me being a recovering people pleaser. I now find myself moving so far away from giving that the drop off from my friendship circle has been rapid. The old me would have saw it as me being wrong, now I see it as me placing my time, energy and resources on the people, places and things that matter. I’m not as angry as I was in the past. Letting go and readdressing my attachment style to others.

Yes creativity does not care about mess! When I get into my creativity it looks like a storm hit my room. I laugh at it.

Love the destruction of the myth of people pleasing... Had this huge revelation in my personal life where I couldn't stay in a relationship/conversation that I had endured for all my life. When I expressed my new boundary, I was met with even more anger from that person. That's when I realized that I would no longer engage in people pleasing mechanisms that I thought were protecting me. My guides inspired me to install this new belief : "Your resentment is your choice, not my responsability."

❤ So Great! I am suffering so much for very difficult life circumstances. After watching and listening I feel so much better. Thanks, lovely Human!

Lesson 7 at 21:47 is one of the most grounded ideas I’ve heard about how to prepare for working with the the future of AI. Month of May has already been a big month for AI in the media and it’s very crazy energy. Changing a paradigm of thought is not revolutionary it is necessary and grounding/digging deep is the key to multi level transformation success.

Hi Lee, I'm never able to listen to you in fully awake conscious state. I'll listen, drift off, replay to hear every word, and drift off. Every time I listen. I've given up, and now allow myself to drift too the consciousness state my inner being wants me in - to really take on board your wisdom. My waking state mind just gets in the way!

I'm feeling these themes a lot lately. And just before I watched this, I was reflecting on how many things I've engaged with recently where I really need to draw a boundary and pull back my energy. Lee has also been speaking about the rise of fire energy for months now, and addressed people on the front lines fighting for change or a cause. I didn't feel called to anything like that until very recently. I'm an artist and I suddenly find myself inspired to use my creativity to support a cause. I've been preparing my new craft room for months and I'm finally on the cusp of getting back to the work I've been planning since last year and starting a new business. I definitely see the way all of these energy themes are playing out for me personally already.

Yes Lee, that's what I'm doing. I'm finishing up some work related to my grandpa who was shot in 1944 when my mother was in grandma's womb. And when this is completed I will travel to process and gain new experiences so that I can hopefully feel joy again. For this trip I made contact with a young man who will look after my house, he still lives with his parents and is looking for privacy. But this new trust in a stranger is one such thing. Since I have this plan I suddenly get invited to someone who emigrated at the beginning of this year, so my starting point is there. And that's how it rolls a little bit. Away from here to my 5D life. Always love to listen to your monthly energy updates because a lot is related with same intuitive. Thank you and of course I will take you on my journey :-) much love ❤

The candle exercise helps in getting you out of your mind to get to the stillness within and lessening the ego/monkey mind chatter. And yes, nature is great for that as well as meditation. I also ask what I need to heal and go to that area and work on it...lots of lower chakra healing going on now with everyone, those chakras have been very abused here. Eventually you get to observing through your heart and not participating in the drama. It's a process and continuous work within and without and transmuting energy.

I am doing my best not to let my true self emerge no matter what the universe throws at me.

I love the rise of inner fire this month. In December I did a practice called Omen Walk (previously 12 Days of Omens, which is a bit more descriptive). But my fifth day, at noon when I had my reminder set to check for an omen, there was a firetruck parked outside my apartment. Ever since then I've been looking forward to May to see how that plays out in my life

oh my! thank u for this message... your creativity out of chaos specifically and levelling up wisdom parts of your message...I think im in a combo of both..but i particularly wanted to mention that in the past, i have, for reasons i have no idea, like kindof battled with myself when creativity is demanding my attention, and my home gets messy..and then of course company shows up everytime it seems, and i have been in a rather isolated state for a while, so i always feel ashamed or guilty for some reason! But this message just transmuted those negative feelings right on away...thank you so much for such valuable information, much love!

Hey Lee, I just want to reach out and say thank you! Felt I needed to hear this and a lot of it resonates. Feel my inner fire rising and want to let it out, the anger, the energy. Some fear is holding me back, but want to let it go actually and dive into the chaos and just see where it takes me. Surrender like you say. I guess the fear is linked somehow to the fact that I don't know where that energy will take me, where I will end up, and I get afraid that it will get out of control or come into some conflict with other people or society, but holding back is also painful, holding it inside and not taking part in the chaos somehow that is out there. Wonderful! I just spent 5 months in India (Auroville...and it was that 'message' I had to go and the means to achieve it arriving that confirmed my decision) and when I came back to France I had this arrive...here I can find absolute external peace in the early hours and when I go to the village I barely see more than 3 people and a few cars, but the mental atmosphere is very pervasive and heavy...there, there is no absolute external peace (always crickets or something moving around in the night) but the mental atmosphere is so very light amidst the chaos that IS India. I lived there for 7 years and I made two t-shirts: Chaos is order re-arranged and Chaos is a state of mind, lol 🥰 Thank you!
