As an Italian, Kourtney’s wedding was an American perception of Italy.. which is even cringier when you consider it took place in Portofino (north west Italy) and the D&G aesthetic is Sicilian/Southern Italian. Very different cultures and vibes! Of course they did nothing to melt the two aesthetics or provide anything they haven’t shown again and again for 30 years 🙄

When looking at Kylie and Kendall’s looks it’s important to know the context to when they were wearing those outfits. Their looks were taken from the yacht day which is why it was more casual and Kim and Khloe’s looks were taken from the actual wedding day. Hence the difference in formality and styling

I feel like Kourtney could've achieved the sultry almost gothic style she seemed to be trying to go for with her wedding if she did something more like Kim's outfit but in white? She still could've worn the corset with a stunning lace overlay or a sheer almost ethereal slip-style dress, and it would look really beautiful with her veil. She could wear just the corset mini dress for the reception.

The wedding corset: might have been cool if there was an over skirt for the wedding and it cam off to reveal this corset for the after party. I’m old but it doesn’t really look “grown up” to wear the corset for the wedding dress

My favorite look from one of the Stranger things red carpets was actually Natalia Dyer in Fall 2022 Rodarte. It felt like she really had fun with referencing the 80s with the sleeves and sequins and the color was beautiful. It gave the right amount of edge and sweetness, kinda like Nancy herself.

The Jenner looks you covered were actually from a yacht ride the day before the wedding, I believe, but definitely not what Kylie and Kendall wore for the actual wedding.

And even with a suit, the options could have been there, even just through playing with the shirt (and possibly a little tulle) - a shirt with the same lace as an overlay (could have been a nice play with the lace being underneath and on top)? A shirt with some lace details on the collar? A shirt/blouse with some draping? A shirt/blouse in the same draped tulle as the dress (as an overlay, if it would have felt too ~risque~ otherwise)? A bow in tulle/with lace (and a little play with proportions)?

That veil was gorgeous! I loved it so much. However, the dress looked very trashy and looked like she would’ve worn that at a drive thru wedding chapel in Vegas at 4 am after a night of partying that’s just me though. Also if my sisters wore black or a crown to my wedding I would be so mad.

Kourtney, word of advice. If you're trying to do the sexy wedding dress type of behaviour, then wear an intriguing bodysuit and then a lace overlay, sexy yet chic. Literally not hard to do

That Chloe Sevigny dress, tho! 😲 She is always fabulous. Of all the Kardashians, Kendall's look was by far the best. That sepia print is surprisingly chic look for the context. Khloe's dress was gorgeous but not for a wedding.

17:37 I actually liked that the boots were brown. The dress is creme white so it kinda has yellow in it and the warm boot brings that out more. Makes the whole look warmer and less stiff And 17:57 I would've made the jumpsuit like the dress, cut off one sleeve along the diagonal stripes. That way it would look less boxy
