After I did this, I lost points in every stat except crit, and I was worried. But I went into bygone to check and I was able to clear the floor I've been stuck on 1st try. I was skeptical but can't argue with results. Nice tip!

@@GallantGachaGamer level 35 is the maximum level when you are below level 75(wanderers level). this trick is mostly to maximize your crit from the glove so yeah its neccesary to upgrade it to lvl 35. and yes it will work

This guide is definitely aimed at F2P, healers and tanks in group content - some extra damage and crit can really help clear solo content that gives great rewards like bygone and wormhole. Healers and tanks aren’t necessarily the best for that type of content so this guide should help everyone clear a few more floors and an extra stage or two!

Thanks for making a video about that, from just the reddit post I wasn't sure how to do it. I just did that myself, went from 6500 crit to 7100 and 9400 flame attack to 9500, lost 1.2k CS lol So I guess we could shuffle like this to get higher CS for suppressors and reshuffle for higher crit and attack

Very informative. To the point and demonstrated well. Thank you. All my gear is at 20 currently. I think I can take advantage of this trick to possibly increase my CS score too. As attack gives more CS than other stats. Wonder now if I can cheese my suppressor past 7.1 Also, might be applications for this same trick with matrices. Instead of using a matrix to level another matrix, might be beneficial to first use it to increase star rating on same chip first because you will get refunded the materials and avoid the diminishing return.

That's awesome to hear I'm so glad you were able to boost your attack and crit! It's definitely a trade off when it comes to losing some resistance and HP, but if you are an attack/DPS player OR clearing bygone/wormhole you'll really notice the extra damage!

Dayum. This is such pro gamer move. Since game launch many guides tend to tell people to spread resources for free every 5 level set bonus. And now I'm struggle with low crit while use crow matrices.

LOL it's definitely 5head plays. there is some merit to leveling stuff up evenly - it boosts your CS higher so you can get to higher suppresors faster and it does give "Equipment Level Set" bonuses when you get all equipment to 15, 20, 25, etc. all together. However, if you want to focus on damage in the short term, definitely use this guide and you can always reshuffle stuff back to even to climb to a higher supressor and CS in the long term

Absolute gigachad! The good thing about this is if I’m unhappy with the results, I can just change them back to the first distribution

So after 35 on gloves, and 10 on everything else, do you aim for 35 on boots? Like i was able to get 25 on boots, and have some leftovers. Am i saving leftovers to get boots to 35 (slow grind) or would i maybe get more out of doing some pieces at 15 (like shoulders for example).

25 is a good sweet spot! I’d get the other attack boosting equipment like bracers and spaulders to 25, then the helmet to around 20 and then push the boots higher! But it’s all up to you these are just suggestions based on the reddit post I referenced!

as long as you have the suppressor level required for THAT certain CS, I think you're good since people recruiting party members look for Suppressor levels. Thanks for the vid my guy.

this is a great point! Definitely agree, it's good to boost your Supressor up first, and then do this process to max out damage. you can do this process back and forth as many times as you want, so you can push for that next supressor then come back to this guide - you'll then have the higher damage and crit from the new supressor PLUS the enhanced damage and crit from this strategy

@@Haythxrn exactly my point my guy! You can say for example the 6.2 suppressor requires 42k cs (not sure) but you can upgrade that and always go back to doing the upgrades in the video. So yeah, when they see your suppressor at 6.2 they will know you have reached 42k cs but in reality you may have smaller cs but stronger than usual.. since most of the players retract their cs 😂🤣

After restatting this way I went from 65% crit to 67%. The loss of hp can be felt, but I was already a glass cannon anyway. This just solidifies it. I'm not sure that 2 percent more crit is worth for me.

for overall damage output, crit is more important. the elemental attack will be boosted when your overall attack is boosted too - if you follow this guide, you'll end up boosting your overall attack and it'll boost the elemental ones too.

it lowers CS maybe by 1-2K. you can always do this later on once you get more gold gear and your CS a bit higher!

in terms of damage yes 100%! but if you want to get your suppresor up faster, having a higher CS would be more important. you can do this process as many times as you want and whenever you want, so if you want to push for the next suppresor level first, do that and THEN do this guide. you'll have then gotten that higher suppresor and will be able to have even higher crit and damage

Warning: If you're suck at dodging and you're playing via mobile (since dodging there is hard), this method is not for you. Because basically, you'll turn into a "Glass Cannon"; your damage is high but your def/hp is so low. Since every boss will target the highest damage dealer (if without Fortitude in your team). And the chance of getting 1hit by the boss is high

This is definitely true for group content! And it mainly is aimed at DPS/Attack players because we need our Fortitude players to be tanky and our healers to stay alive to heal us. However, this guide helps everyone out for solo content like bygone or wormhole, especially F2P players, as that content gives really good rewards but can be hard to clear- with some extra damage and crit people can advance further on their own

your overall damage and attack is boosted so yes, this means ALL elemental damage increases as a result of your base attack being boosted. frost attack will go up, but so will fire physical and volt!

Yes you’re exactly right! This extra damage will help you in bygone, wormhole, and other hard solo stuff. This will sacrifice CS in the short term BUT it’s a reversible process so you could always do the reshuffle back to your old equipment enhancement levels if you want your CS back higher!

Gloves and boots have Crit in their respective "Random Stats" section when you click into them. When you advance your gloves and boots STAR level (1-5 stars), each time you increase a STAR the Crit found in the "Random Stats" can increase. I have gloves with 3.7K Crit and Boots with 3.2K Crit, so my Crit is very high. This is due to luck on my Crit rolls, if your gloves and boots don't have good Crit rolls, you can always purchase new ones from Commissary/obtain new ones from JOs and try advancing their STARs.

@@Haythxrn Ah okay. I just didnt wanna use any of the blue dust just for the armor, so Ill just use blue pieces for the parts i dont have. The exp diff really doesnt matter to me. Green gives like 50 exp so its 10 crystals but you get 5 back. Blue is 200, so its 40 but you get 20 back i bet, so you barely lose more, but you dont have to use any limited resource and i got plenty of the crystals already and it will only get more with joint 8 tomorrow.

The gloves are your main source of additional crit, everything else impacts damage and attack. Having high crit rolls on your boots’ “random statistics” section would push your crit higher as well!

I'm assuming that this works with blue equipment or it HAS to be green equipment? And confirmation that recycling the green equipment gives back ALL of the Booster and Advancement modules?

i have only done this myself with green equipment and the Reddit post i referenced has only done this with green equipment so I can't speak to blue equipment - I believe it would work the same but perhaps some EXP would be sacrificed as the EXP % lost for recycling gear is more significant as you progress to the higher tier colors. and yes 100% you get ALL of your resources back when you recycle the green enhanced gear, all gold currency, all advancement modules, all booster modules.

went from 478k hp to 444k and from 4.3k crit to 5k and 10.6k frost atk to 10.7k was my loss of hp worth the gains? also went from 41.7k to 40.5k cs

I think the extra crit will be super helpful when it comes to solo content for you, like Bygone floors and Wormhole! It's definitely a trade off, so if after a while you aren't feeling it's making a good difference, you can always repeat the process from the guide and put all your equipment enhancement levels back to what they were before! 5K crit is awesome tho!

No problem, hope it worked for you! Yeah you'll need a good amount of gold initially to get the equipment levels up in the first place, but if you have them to a high level already, all that gold comes back to you when you recycle the gear

What happened if we do not lock the gold gear?

nothing different happens if you don't lock it, i just included it as a warning cause with recycling if you're careless you could end up discarding some good gear - it was more so a warning!

Can i ask why ur helmet only lvl 15?

so ideally i would get my helmet to level 24 to match with my bracers, spaulders, and boots but i literally ran out of materials - i didn't have any advancement modules left so i'll have to wait until my bygone rewards come on Monday morning to enhance the helmet more. hope this helps!

you want to maximize your gloves out, but getting all your equipment to level 10 is important too. if you're not sure if you can do both, i'd say yeah it's totally okay to just level everything to 10 first and then enhance your gloves further!

but when you recycle the item it will come 100% the resources used to level up the equipment or you lose some amount to get the item back

yes all of your stuff comes back 100%! No lost resources at all (advancement modules, booster modules, crystals, and gold currency)

This is ok to do? Its a bug or anything?

I did this and my CS dropped. Is it because attack and crit boost CS less than HP, resis, etc?

Yes! That’s exactly why! This method is great for clearing solo content and doing more damage in group content like JOs but in terms of upgrading your CS and Suppressor it will set you back a tiny bit

@@Haythxrn I see! So it's possible to do the opposite of this method (min-maxing HP/resist) in order to boost CS enough to reach the next suppressor if I was getting close enough, then switch back. Thank you for clarifying :D

Hey thxrn, can you share your Crit and Crit Rate at Lv. 69? I'm trying to figure out the Crit formula. High crit value is very valuable in calculations.

Ofc! My crit is 10014 and crit rate level around 64%! A lot of it is due to the crit found under the random stats of your gloves and boots- I got really lucky and both have around 3k in crit for random stats. Hope this helps and let me know if you find anything interesting out!

Maybe use purple gear instead of green/blue gear? I think it'd give more resources once recycled

Green gear is used because it’s very cheap to acquire and you want to save blue/purple/bad gold gear for fusing together equipment star levels (1star through 5star). Hope this helps!

man i was stuck before in bygone 281 after doing this the damage seems going up im not stuck at it again
