It'd be cool if you made a Top Gear style lap times board and then did a video where you ran all your vehicles to fill the board up.

Seems to me what's happening here with the 3s is your surface being so loose the tire is spinning so fast it'd diging trenches and causing rolls because it sits in a rut and gains monetary bite in that trench it's dug making it twitchy. might be time for a sand tire upgrade of some kind! nice video as always i'm watching this one with interest i may have to import one to play with it myself, unfortunately they don't sell them in the uk, what a missed opportunity!

I love this truck, just grabbed one two days ago. I was trying to take a closer look at it and get the cage off but i couldn’t seem to do that without taking the whole cage apart. Is there something towards the back of the cage i was missing? Great vid and truck btw. Keep em comin.👍

Put some stiffer springs on the rear and limit the front-up travel and it will drift more rather than bite and roll over in the turns. It will suck on rough terrain but drift corners on the track nicely without flipping onto it's lid.

Looks good, if you wanted to stay with 3S would you have gone with the 3200kv? I want to go with a sensored setup in my Hammer Rey, don't like the Castle hum. I like what you did here just trying to decide between the 3200kv or the 4000kv, I will stay with 3S mainly because that's what I have.

yeah I would have went lower KV for 3s

I know the 1/6 has issues with the rear chassis flexing so people have upgraded some additional side strengtheners, also those wheels would be extra weight tat you may not need. This is the reason I held off the super, one shouldn't have to fix something out of the box when that's up to the dev team to iron out. I love these trucks but have yet to find something that does what it says it will do straight out of the box.

I don’t have a track to run at or else my opinion would probably be different. But that is one of the more disappointing RC’s that I have purchased that I was so freaking excited for. Slow, over heats and goes into thermal on stock gearing on 3S. And I ran mine for about 10 minutes and all the pains rubbed off the rear where the wheels would touch the body. I didn’t even jump it. Just in the grass in my back yard. Also that thing cogged the whole time. I’m going to dump the Max8 G2 with the 40 series 4S motor. But I’m waiting for the rest of the Vitavon stuff to come out. Mainly the diff cups and a rear locker. And I will be running it on 4S when that happens.

which one is better, this one or the mojave 4s?

Ohhh tough call. They both have really bad steering LoL. I like this as it’s more scale than the Mojave is.

I would keep it 2 s, In my own opinion.

Ya the stock servo is junk. I didn’t even get through half a battery and had to change it out. Wouldn’t centre properly, probably due to slop in gearing.

yeah these RCs specifically need a fast and dynamic servo due to the countering steering you're always applying, these are basically drift cars but on dirt and need a super strong servo because you still have some load when you have that traction.

I don't like that body at all, looks cheesy! Nothing like a 500$+truck that you have to replace all the electronics just to make it useable! Better you than me Joe, Thanks for everything you do!
