@@jawesome548no the game is still hard with them, radahn with all fragments was the hardest fromsoft boss I’ve ever fought, the fragments are basically what gear and gear levels are in the base game

​@@TJRochethere are 2 sides of Miquella. The kind and gentle side (St.Trina) and the evil genius manipulator (Miquella the Unalloyed). In the dlc Miquella gets rid and seperates Sr Trina from his body, similar to Marika and Radagon, but Miquella only becomes truly evil and insane after that point.

Beating the dlc with no scadutree fragments normally is not that bad, its only when you reach NG+7 i feel like its almost near impossible with no fragments, the first mini boss two shots you with max level

​@@paulgilles8518but I also suck ass at souls games and beat him at level 175 with no min max stats most of my stats are 40 and 60 vigor it wasn't that bad I two tried dancing lion , and rellana took me 4 or 5 idk why people were complaining so much I had so much more eof a difficult time with ds3 And sekiro was my first souls game I spent almost a week on some bosses Genichiro in the tower took me 3-4 days Guardian ape almost made me give up the game even after googling the spear Strat for second phase

Well the difference in your power from say lvl 150 which is ng to max level character isn't really that big, considering stat diminishing returns anyways

I had to respec 12 times just to get the right levels to last against Radahn. I had 33 larval tears, and figured fuck it, lets redo our stats a bit. Endurance was really low before I changed it, and it helped a lot. Since NG+3, I've been running a bleed build, scrictly due to the fact that Malenia is very weak to bleed, so I used that to my advantage, and set arcane up to 80 long before my fight with Radahn. I'll tell you this much: you can be the most powerful player of all in this game, you will still struggle with the bosses if you're not careful and mindful of what you're using in the fight. I've cursed Miyazaki and fromsoft so much for this dlc, and now that I've beaten it, I honestly take it all back.

I also did the DLC with a max level character. For people wondering what that's like, I'd say you're afforded around 2-3 extra mistakes compared to a regular levelled character, but you're still nowhere near to being a god. As you can see in the Rellana fight, she still takes half of your HP, BUT they don't one-shot you. Maybe 2 shot, but not one-shot. Then a big advantage is you don't need a build, you're all the builds and you don't need to respec. If a situation requires you to switch gear/weapons, you're good to go and even heavier loads should only get you to medium load, so fat rolling is unlikely. This being said, I beat Rellana and the Lion on my first tries, Messmer on probably my 3rd or 4th. The toughest bosses were Blackgaol Knight (because I was using swords, but going in big bonk - 2 maxed Anvil Hammers on my second go through the DLC, I destroyed him in a few seconds). Bayle took me less than 10 attempts, but I got lucky. Now, Radahn was still hard, even at max level. Out of all the bosses, base game + DLC he was legit hard, even at max level and took me probably... 20-30 attempts.

I was 520, ng+3 and didnt use the scadus. Most bosses were easy but gaius, scadutree and bayle gave me some struggle and radahn was very difficult. So i used all scadus i collected ( +16 ) and second try i finally did him. I used all the bossfights a rotten great axe scales on frostbite.

That Commander Gaius is the truth I rank him as one of the top three difficult bosses in the entire game along with the final boss in the DLC

I did it by farming red albinaurics. It takes probably 200 hours (I wasn't counting), but I did it on and off for something like 1 hour per day for a few months, up to a year, after finishing the game.

mmm, are you sure ? From what I know, the DLC Bosses's difficulty scale a lot more than the base game according to your NG+ and Level, so it's hard to believe you kill bosses at 1st or second attempt. Forgive me, but it's what I really think.

@@fabriziomanni6890 I mean its my first time playing through a souls game and I also got through all bosses so far on first try except Bayle and Mesmer took 2 and 4 times (haven't tried radahn yet). Not ashamed to say im using Blashemous Blade with summons, and my scadu blessing is 12 rn. So it's definitely possible since im a complete nub to these games.

@@fabriziomanni6890 yeah no problem. Yeah they don’t really scale to your level but more to the scadutree blessing level as you know. But that being said, I don’t know if your level doesn’t play any factor. But truthfully, the those were the only bosses that took more than one attempt. Their attack patterns and Bayle’s aoe attacks were wild. Messmer however, almost roasted me. I got lucky on that one.

I used Morgotts Great Rune to get through the final fight tbh. The massive health boost let me make more mistakes throughout the fight so I could learn the patterns better. Twice I got my heart stolen on the last 10% lmao.

it is actually crazy how much they bumped up the difficulty for the dlc and i love it. A hard souls game is a good souls game. not only are most of the bosses harder than the vanilla game bosses but the ai of the dlc bosses are input based. Which makes for quite interesting boss fights. thank you miyazaki. 🙏

what was the fist weapons you were using, that did a lot and damage and were fast?

Miquella charmed mohg to gain access to shadow realm, melania told radahn hed be miquella's consort to enter godhood, radahn is reborn in mohg's body

How many hits can you resist with your character at that level? Would you like to see him with the heaviest armor and all defensive? Would you die within 10 hits at most?

Without any scadutree fragments, you still can be killed in like 2-3 hits unfortunately😂😂 I can dish out MUCH more damage but for me to tank I’d have to get the 20 levels with scadutree frags😂😂

Yep, I have it equipped! If there is a fight where I didn’t it’s probably because I was constantly switching to kindred of rot for my venomous fangs and sometimes I would forget to switch but otherwise, you are absolutely right, jumping talisman is clutch!!

I did Radahn with my main character around level 230 on ng+1 with scadutree at level 12 it was a pain but after around 5h i got him

Thank you for the support! I just downloaded a save file that had max runes at level 1 at the beginning of the game and from there proceeded to go through the game at max level in another video. Then simply carried on in this video!

Great stars and venomous fangs! I would put cragblade on both of them and run these talismans!! : -Rotton Winged Insignia -Lord of Blood Exultation -Millicent’s Prosthesis -Kindred of Rot/Jump attack talisman (depending on if you’re using great stars or fangs)👍🏻

Nah I see the misunderstanding, you are talking about the two medallions to access the lift to the Altus Plateau. I needed the two medallions that grant me access to the consecrated snowfield via the lift after Leyndall👍🏻

does anyone know if you activate your scadutree fragments and have to travel to the base game for some reason, do you lose the fragments or their effects when you go back to the DLC?

From what I understand the fragments are a permanent upgrade to your character, but they only take effect in the DLC area, they are useless in the main game

Nah just a save file with max level on normal game. I’ve got a video out this week beating it on NG+7 at around level 300 which is my actual legit account😭😂
