He pieced up Ortega so badly I actually wanted the fight to end sooner, I'll never forget this fight man. His face was demolished to the point his family wouldn't recognize him. It's crazy how people really thought he would run through max because he was on a win streak, Holloway is an incredible fighter that's skillful in every area there isn't many who could steamroll him unless they were significantly bigger.

Man I wish Ortega didn't get popped. He is so humble and even though the injuries piled up, he is a killer.

I know people will just come back and talk about the power discrepancy but, honestly, Max going from butchering Ortega to the point of teaching him how to block, to having a back and forth war with Poirier, who generally got the better of Holloway even outside of the power except for rounds 3-4 when Holloway's volume was succeeding, shows the levels to the game. Ortega has yet to prove he's an elite of the elite like these guys.
