JKidd is a big-picture coach. He catches heat for bad in-season and in-game decisions, but so often, he's experimenting with a big picture view in mind. He deserves more respect as a coach. Two WCFs in three years is not something a spare coach can do, but that's the narrative surrounding Kidd. Hopefully that changes now.

Just want to say I think it's weird how certain media personalities doubted Luka and Kyrie could figure out how to be this successful together. Of course, it wasn't going to happen in the first year together, getting traded halfway through the season. Takes time to develop chemistry. I think the Mavs' organization is the best place for both of them. They've done a great job of putting the pieces together from the staff to the players. It'll be interesting to see how far they can go from here.

A great playoff series. You can see OKC's a top team in this league, and I'm sure their time will come. Shai + Holmgren and crew looked really sharp. If I was their GM, I would just run it back with the same guys. But Dallas has a good mix right now and with how inconsistent Denver and Minnesota are playing, and how banged up they're gonna be going into next series, a Dallas vs. Boston NBA Finals is starting to look increasingly likely...

As a Mavs fan it is hard to see SGA so down on his performance tonight. Dude will haunt me in my nightmares. I don’t blame him at all for trying to make a play on PJ. PJ had been killing them from corner threes this series. Reasonable decision to close out and try and get a blocked shot.

The foul challenge really messed up OKC since they used their last time out. It would have been crazy if SGA drilled a mid shot jumpshot after a time out.

Okc should sign klay Thompson he’s a vet who can spot up in the corner and hit shots and it gives them that veteran leadership that they might be missing. Still a great team they will all get better and be around for the next couple of years. They need to trade giddy and get something for him. A rotational center or something

It’s so nice and refreshing to see the change in Kyrie. After all his diva and selfish moments, he seems to really have learned from them and changed for the better. That’s rare and awesome to see. I couldn’t stand Kyrie two years ago, and now I root for the guy. Who would’ve thought?
