The heart line roll that they removed was basically an inline twist with maybe a bit of heart lining but not enough to make it comfortable and it caused a lot of extra stress

@@antonytsai6611 an inline twist with a bit of heartlining is a heartline roll, it would’ve had the same amount of heartlining as stormrunner (or any other intamin from the mid 2000s), but stormrunner’s roll is over a slight hill and is taken much more gradually than whatever they were trying to do on maverick. Also they didn’t take it off because of stress, that was just speculation, they took it off because it would’ve been straight up painful

this is such a dope concept. i feel like if it was actually implemented it would work perfectly.

What a fantastic remake! I love the layout, the pacing, the forces, the launches, the inversions (especially the infamous heartline roll over the lake), everything! This is one of the best modern remakes of a (relatively recent) classic roller coaster I have seen yet!🤩

I tried to combine everything great about Intamin's rides and I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I strongly believe that when it comes time that this gets too old and it’s up for removal or a retrack by intamin that the new track and trains could handle the heart line roll (with modified supports), but of course we know that will never happen lol

Yes, I think one of the main problems was that they kind of forgot about the heartline in Heartline-Roll so the shaping of the original element looks kind of weird.

Hey, can you do a modern version of the Intamin Space Diver? Maybe with a launch at the start, a big step up, then some of the diving turns that those coasters had. You can add whatever you want if you're going to do it. Sorry if I am asking for too much. Anyways, this modernized Maverick looks amazing! 😄

I loved this coaster, but I only feel that the transitions aren't that aggresive compared to the actual Maverick (kinda)

Thank you! I see your point there. After I had finished the layout I felt like the first transition wasn't brutal enough, but because I've built the layout in FVD and the rest turned out great, I couldn't be bothered to re-do the entire layout. I hope you can see past that!

I think I'm quite confident now, but it takes some getting used to. Though, after much practice you still end up in situations where you're just not completely satisfied after you have finished a ride and you can't change it without redoing the whole layout. Fiddling around with your FVD elements in Nolimits 2 is just a pain in the ass and most of the time I just make it worse.

My favorite camelback gets replaced with a zero g stall 😔

That was a tough choice to make but I thought it fitted in that spot and I included a larger airtime hill later on to make up for it

honestly better than Steel Vengence, but im more of a Top Thrill Dragster (original) guy, great creation

@@knosowski4 i hope that Dragster 2.0 will both be record breaking and reliable lol and trust me, Cedar Point is awesome, the beaches nearby are so cool, however i do have some difficulty navigating the back

No clue what zamperla is doing to the ride and i still think it was a risky decision, but who knows maybe they'll get it spot on!

Maverick in 2023 would be made by zamperla
