Not really, they all look like Mauricio. The best looking one is Farrah and she's got another biological father which explains it.

How are they "Kyles" struggles? Mauricio is the one who cheated and won't prioritise his marriage. He's spent decades talking about the importance of family but then throws his loyal wife away when he sniffs global domination. I actually find it quite pathetic of him. Kyle deserves a lot better, she should be his world, not having to fight for his time and attention. So he's going for global domination - who cares. It's the people in your life who should come first, always.

Actually they all have Mauricio's facial features (except Farrah of course). You can clearly see that he's the father. But Kyle has had plastic surgery and her daughters seems to have work done too and then they start to look more like Kyle.

I'm over these nepo kids..I'm sure the well established agents at the Agency were thrilled another entitled kid was joining the company and probably getting all the good listings..

Marriage is work. You don't toss it just because you are struggling. Kids don't learn resilience, either. They learn people are disposable.

The body language says everything. … you can tell Alexia is low key mad at her father when she balled her fist up but tried to hide it. Farrah , when Mauricio was asked if he was dating other women..she unconsciously shook her head “yes” then tried to hide it. Sophia looked DISSAPOINTED about her dad lying. Like she couldn’t believe her dad just lied like that. You can tell Alexis is the most hurt by their seperation. Farrah gave the vibe of “ wow, Mauricio is Dooche”. I wish nothing but the best for them. Also Mauricio did a lot of TRIANGLE gestures with his hands. Immediately I knew that was subconscious for love triangles, cheating. Everyone will heal in time. Honestly …Mauricio Totally USED KYLE FOR A COME UP & FOR HER CONNECTIONS/Clout…Kyle was a bob the builder chick. If it wasn’t for Kyle he wouldn’t be HALF OF WHAT HE IS. He always seemed disingenuine To me …just giving my opinion. Glad he’s successful. But like Kathy said in the part 3 reunion …” he got a little success & now he wants to split”. He USED KYLE. SO SAD…I see Kyle in the future finding a new man. The whole thing with Morgan was a cover up to make it look like she wasn’t cheating also. Morgan was her masculine woman rebound/revenge. If that's all you have as problem, you are very lucky. For most parents nowadays, kids are really selfish. My friend's 3 kids similar age don't even send her a birthday card. She is lucky if she gets a text message the next day 😂

When Farrah said their situation is 'unusual' is it because Kyle may be involved with Morgan Wade? Because a divorce is not the most 'unusual' situation...

This interview is pretty good although I wouldn’t have asked him the dating question in front of the children. Yes, I know some of you might say that they’re adults but that’s still their parents and they still look at them in that way so to ask about the father dating outside the marriage is a little bit much..

This family is highly dependent on each other, dating with 4 daughters will be very challenging for Mauricio, wishing you and your girls love and happiness ❤

How can these prospective, junior agents be taken on board by a successful agency when they don't even know the basic names of house rooms? Foyer is a common word?Or they attend a viewing without knowing the basics about when a house was built or its key materials in the hub of the home, the kitchen. If you can't do that minimal homework then heaven help you. The other junior agent we saw - the one who was being tested with her male colleague and Mauricio turned up as the client - wasn't any better. Mauricio said positions with the agency are coveted but these really shoddy efforts wouldn't get them a place as an admin assistant in most companies. It actually makes the agency look bad. When there are smart, snappy ambitious people who will do the basics as part of their fundamental hunger to succeed I think taking on lazy people is a liability. If there isn't the fire to learn the basics, how can there be the fire to do the best for clients.

Exactly I thought the same thing to. The show sucks and all his employees look and act like children I’m not sure how he’s making so much money with those type of people and then his daughter omg she was terrible and made him look really bad she clearly is just there because she’s the daughter which whatever but can you at least try. I’ll never watch his show it was terrible. His kids and there pathetic drama and love triangles is gross even more so because it’s his daughters. Who would want there daughters to be viewed that way showing who they sleep with at work and how terrible they are at the job. Even the friend said she wasn’t doing good and and the girl was so scared of upsetting them and now I know why the way they treated her just for ratting her her true self and she couldn’t take it?! What’s worse is that Mauricio and the step daughter both had that vicious mentality of no one rates my daughter a c like wth did they pay for this girl to pass her classes to. Why is her being rated an above average grade offend them so much when in reality the girl did terrible and deserved to be fired on the spot because that is unacceptable I would of fired her if she were my employee. His show is nasty I had respect for the man but now after watching a few episodes of that entitled daughter that is spoiled and how fearful people are of them it’s disgusting why are people supporting this behavior I used to love Kyle as a housewife and she’s starting to show her true self I always thought she was sweet but she’s showing some toxic behavior she seems to use people of the moment like she’ll be your best friend but you can be easily and will be replaced if she finds another toy that’s evil.
