I’m an electrician from Tahoe. I was born in Hilo, HI but have never been to Maui but have a job offer there, a GOOD one as an electrician. I’m currently in South Florida and live right by the ocean and service the draw bridges. The company in Maui is offer me a lot! Including moving assistance and a large sign on bonus. I’m so torn it’s a big move and I’d be so far away from everyone

@Mr Sparky it is a big decision. I found it so hard to be away from my kids when I lived in Maui and my kids were in CA, you'd be much further from family. But it is absolutely beautiful but very expensive to live.

Thank you! The weather is beautiful year round tbh, but it's definitely cheaper during the low season -- the winter months! You get some rain here and there but from the past few years I've gone during this time it's been okay! It's still pretty warm also. Summer months are a lot more expensive for sure!

Thanks! We went in mid November and the weather was pretty nice! I don’t recall it raining or being too windy. It was perfect during our time. I also linked our Airbnb in the description!
