@@stowlicters8362 then he could have a mechanic where he does melee damage in a thin cone in front of him and then can blow it out short range in a wider cone with his bagpipes, and his ult is how he swaps like Jayce from league Could be fun! I want a Scottish hero too who is really vulgar but in a Disney way "What the sheep was that?"

I love Mauga so much.

Man I heckin love heavy machine guns characters,they are just usually amusing to play,maybe even just watching them talking could give me a smile kekw. I’m glad we finally got him coming in the game.

The way Gunny and Cha Cha provide depth of gameplay, lighting them up with overdrive, finishing them with Cha Cha, running in, using both simultaneously-- it was thrilling! Good job. Not gonna main him, waiting for Venture and Space Ranger, but bravo. You brought me out of my villain era and being bitter over PVE. I forgive you, but i won't forget. 💚🌿

Kyungseo Min looked incredibly graceful during the mauga panel. loved that victorian/edwardian styled skirt.

Glad to see character wielding mini guns. Like heavy in Tf2. I like that he relies on guns in general. I know some characters have super powers but I appreciate the more ‘mundane’ charecters who rely on fire arms. It’s a shooter game after all

Thank you Overwatch team for bringing this lovely presentation to us! I absolutely love hearing about all the details and fine tuning it takes to make these characters❤

What they are great at is creating these characters by creating Overwatch heroes, it's amazing. The fact that they still do is a fascinating. Each of their Characters suits their playstyle in the game. Balance is whole other level.

Mauga is cooler than I could have imagined, though hopefully, he'll get some much needed buffs going into his official release in season 8.

Yooo! She pronounced Mauga properly! Please give him a chief title [Title], the fire knife dance/ siva tau dance [Emote/ Highlight intro] and family/ faith oriented values [voice lines/ sprays] to make him more relatable to the Samoan culture. Also, since rugby went to JQ [summer games], give him rowing (canoes found on Samoan map.) I already feel happy with his stock skin, so I got no skin ideas at the moment. Maybe give him a lava lava.

I get what you mean. Imo, those current concept designs look uninspired, but tbh all the hero concepts looked bland at the first stages. Hopefully they refine the designs into something more memorable and distinct cuz that aint it
