This is, well, I loved Goin Up the Country way back when, n Canned Heat, more than I love this. Yesterday this time I'd never heard of this boy, but then I read about him in Mojo, where he spoke ill of Foo Fighters, Bono, and QOTSA, sayin they copy REAL rock n roll, unlike he does, I guess is the implication. Whoa son, might want to hold that tongue now! LOL.

from an NPR article "The images I wanted were John Ford's America, part Bad Lands, part Bonnie and Clyde," White tells us via email. "To that end, I used a team in Salt Lake City [Camp4] known much more for shooting spectacular outdoor shots than any music videos. That was really fresh for me, not to mention extraordinarily physically challenging at times (mostly cut out because of my un-gracefulness in the waist-deep snow of the Rockies). But these guys are world traveling, mountain climbing pros and brought out the tremendous beauty of the landscape we shot in - not to mention the extraordinary beauty of my lady, Miss Merry George. Mirroring the family involvement of the Fresh Blood album cover (shot at my Grandma's house in Alabama) the final scene of this was shot at my Aunt's house. It's nice to keep the family involved when you can."

The fact that this song has so relatively few views shows how ruined the music industry currently is.... i mean its a good song better than most 500m+ view songs. But this piece of gold, because it has no naked woman or pretty men in it, it will never get the credits it deserves:(

Everyone's entitled to an opinion, don't see why being bored of a chord progression automatically makes you talentless. Personally think the song's okay but probably because I've avoided 12 bar blues for so long (since the 90s).
