If every body earned and was paid a living wage, it would be the most infationary thing until we produced enough goods for every one to live with thing every TV show makes them expect.

you may want to have another look at food waste and the whole business surrounding the purchase of amazon returns. the problems lie in distribution. There are people who make the conscious decision that throwing something away is cheaper than giving something away.

Covid allowed us to be economically secure but it was not economically stable. Inflation increased due to printing money and your seeing that were are paying with inflation. But i do like what you are saying but these changes must be slow and continuous.

Our government gave out the most money of any country in the world, and our inflation was less severe than a lot of other places ... it doesn't really seem like the stimulus was the primary cause of the inflation (and even if it was, a year or two of relatively high inflation is *so much better* than the effects of not doing a lot of stimulus, as evidenced by Europe's economic state since the 2008 recession).

The best solution is paying people livable wages, instead of paying public traders a workers income. Think about it.

Tax breaks do not constitute a handout from the government. Nothing is received by someone receiving a tax break other than a portion of what was originally taken from them.
