This seems like an elongated version of a Wild Mouse ride, but the scenery and thematics help a lot. I would ride it if it was near me.

It is a Mack Wild Mouse, but a better (imo) version than the bog standard version.

Real oldschool Achterbahn wie die aus den 20er Jahren. Und der Gockel der beim Aufzug kräht hat mehr legendär Status als Euromaus

​@@sergeantdaniel0442Liegt daran dass der Aufzug zwei Wägen hat, die in der Mitte aneinander vorbeikommen müssen. Ähnlich wie die Ausweiche bei einer Standseilbahn, und würde mich auch nicht wundern wenn die Führung ähnlich funktioniert.

This is Europa Park, which is one of the premier parks in Germany. The Epcot ball was actually based on Eurosat's ball!

einfach eine tolle Bahn! Komme immer wieder in den Park und fahre immer mit dem Matterhornblitz :)

Die Bahn macht richtig fun, aber beim Lift war ich vorne im wagen und sah beim hochschauen die Strecke wo der lift langfährt! Da wurde mir beim ersten mal ein bisschen mulmig im Magen! Hatte bisschen schiss davor hat aber bock gemacht!

Ich bin die auch schon mal gefahren

I've seen rides like this one, except the cars can spin 360 degrees, which they do on the switchback only.

Yep, those are called Spinning Wild Mouse coasters :). These are called E-Motion coasters, their main feature is that they lean side to side with each turn.

Spekticon Matterhorn Blitz isn’t actually an E-Motion Coaster, just a „normal“ wild mouse with a elevator lift.

Imagine karnan at hansa park with a elevator lift and a free fall drop.

I think elevator lifts should be used more often.

All the americans here complaining that this is a rip-off. Have you ever been to this park? No? Ok dann einfach ruhig sein. Oh, furchtbar sowas😂

The Eurosat ball is actually significantly larger than Epcot's ball. Europa Park is also better than Disney World and you know it :)

Bonus fun fact: Europa Park is actually owned and operated by the Mack Rides company, which designed most of the rides in the park. They use the park as a showroom for many of their popular ride models!

Ah I researched and found that you are right. I have 3 possible explanations : 1. It doesn't get a lawsuit because the inside is different (not very plausible to me) 2. They don't care and rather use it as advertisement for their own acctration or 3. There are problems with the different laws in the country's and they choose to let it go

There are POV videos of Speedy Bob's and it is nothing like this coaster. Speedy Bob's is a standard Wild Mouse coaster you'll find anywhere (look up Seaside Heights or Hershey Park), it's not unique like this one.

In its early years it tookinspiration from epcot, but it's certainly not cheap and it looks really nice! The rides are amazing and the park as a whole is just fantastic :)
