+M Sau Htoi san I don’t think they’ve released the official date that season 3 starts yet. But since the Druck team have confirmed that season 3 will be during the time Matteo and the boy squad (Jonas, Carlos and Abdi) are writing their exams/Abitur, a lot of people are saying that it will most likely begin at the end of March, since in Berlin, exam season ends in May, and there are probably going to be 10 episodes again. Hope that helped :)

Hi Denise, this show is one of the versions of the original SKAM. Now there are also France, Italy and Spain versions, in addition to this one, that I know of. The original characters' names are Even & Isak.

In comparison to Skam France for example they changed it up quite a bit. In my opinion enough to make it recognizable as it´s own show and not just a remake, which is why I´m really glad they also changed the name.

So is DRUCK the way this lauguage says skam? Also what country/ language is this? Why do they call it DRUCK instead of SKAM? I' just now branching out to all these other countries versions of SKAM and so far loving it.Anything anyone can say to help me out would be great :)

Kristeen Boney DRUCK is the German version and it means “pressure” while “skam” means “shame” in Norwegian. I don’t know why they decided to change the name.

Maybe to set themself apart? It's actually kinda weird to me that all the other shows are just called Skam and the name of the country gets attached to it. Why not just at least translate the word? I think the word Druck fits better. I don't know a teenager or young adult in Germany that uses the word Scham=Skam=shame frequently. The meaning of the word just gets kinda lost and it doesn't fit our time if that makes sense. Druck or pressure on the other hand is something you hear more often. I sometimes hear the phrase "Es war mir einfach zuviel Druck" = "it was just too much pressure for me" everyday. It's used to describe why you failed a test or didn't make a move on your crush, why you bailed on hanging out 'cause you felt the pressure of running out of time. It's just more fitting with our language and what a teenager associates with this specific word.

Sameee😂 und es ist so traurige, dass es so wenig Serien und Filme gibt in denen zwei Jungs zusammen kommen. Btw ich shippe Matteo so sehr mit Jonas.. er ist mit David zwar auch mega süß aber das mit Jonas kommt so so viel emotionaler vor, einfach weil er schon so lange Gefühle für ihn hat und jetzt sollen die einfach weg sein, nur weil ein neuer auftaucht? Ich hoffe das gibt noch mal nen Plottwist, wäre auch ne schöne Änderung zur original Serie 🤔☺
