people need to realise matt has a JOB and a FAMILY that he puts before armwrestling. He doesn't have the time to focus 100pct like Devon or anyone else has. His main stream of income is his JOB. We should all be thankful matt still wants to fight and is still among the best in the business.

Goodness gracious! How about Jerry?? Ya know, the guy who just beat Genadi and Georgia coming off the couch for a few years. The guy who’s also totally focused on his kids/family and a lucrative job first. All these arm wrestlers make NOTHING doing this. It’s a hobby. Until the athletes actually get paid enough to earn a legitimate living. How the fuck can you sit there and single out Mask as if all these other guys don’t put their families and jobs first? I mean are you really a maniac or are you just messing around?

I love Matt, he used to be my favorite armwrestler. I wish I could see him pull more often so that I could rank him number 1 in my list again. Probably the best personality ever.

Yeah I think he needs better training methods. Last method I saw him use to train pronator was shoving his hand in a bucket full of rice and spinning it lol

You only get your head rubbed when you lose. In Matt’s case it was just muscle memory. He isn’t used to winning lately.

A blind person could see that this sport is getting ready to take off, the only thing is personalities. There needs to be ppl invested in athletes lives, so an athlete has to break a little personal side of themselves in order to draw interest from strangers. If you notice how the UFC goes all out to do back stories on newcomers to get ppl invested some, and then its either up to performance, or their persona to garner more attention.

Not exactly true. It’s close. But it needs a big investment and a big promotion by a very well known name. It also MUST have some type of regulating body and PED testing. No combat sport (man vs man) is legitimate without that. You can’t have guys on SARMS, anabolics, and other shit, yet expect the sport to gain notoriety and be taken seriously. Everyone is doing a pretty good job with what they have today, but it’s not as close as you think it is. Will take time and some luck.
