Joe Tacopina is the greatest impression Matt Friend never did. It's a pity as he has a near _perfect_ voice-register for it. Tacky's 15 minutes of fame are over and now it's too late.

Matt is the best!! So young and so talented and his impressions are absolutely amazing and so spot-on…And I don’t think the crowd at the Correspondents Dinner truly appreciated his talent until he started doing Mitch McConnell lol😂

You are the first great impressionist to come along in some time! I hope Lorne Michaels would consider putting you in SNL.

He didn’t bomb. The mic was just tuned out to cancel the ambient noise so the audience laughter was softened but you can still hear it if you bring your phone or computer near you. The reaction after the Mitch McConnell bit was still audible enough, however.
