After 150 episodes I’m starting to realize just how much of a blessing Matt was in Shane’s life, to have a dawg with that raw authenticity and always bringing higher level thought to conversations is a great thing to be around. Every great man had great men around him on their rise to fame or power. And that’s not to take away from Matt, whose hilarious in his own right. God bless everyone, there is hope for a better future if we all had a Matt and Shane in our circle.

I love Matt and it sounds really good, but really what he's describing is rent-to-own. Most people don't do it because landlords would rather collect rent forever instead of giving the house up eventually. It would have to be a governent program that enforces rent-to-own.
