Well for the first i know he got a nosebleed at Sword Art Online Ep 8 (i think) he admit it at sword art on air when with tomatsu haruka and washizaki

the nosebleed scene and the way they did the illustration with him slapping himself with the new comers feeling uneasy, is just so perfect to be a comedic anime. For god sake, they should make an anime on Matsuoka Yoshitsugu already~

This was advice given by Namikawa Daisuke btw, although all he said was self encouragement is helpful and Tsugutsugu turned it into slapping.

Tsugu tsugus skill is sometimes a doubleedge sword that damage the user.

more than shouting, it was probably caused because he pushed himself too hard
