The Ashram in Agara near Thatha guni off Kanakapura road. Any old age person irrespective of caste can stay there. All are single occupancy room with or without TV or Ac. Charges ranges from 25 k to 35k. Without care taker. Care taker charges depends fro 6k to 20k. An returnable advance upto 3 lakhs to be paid. The place is very nice for elderly people.

Give us more detail about the monthly charges and availability.

Their stock answer, backlog for next 10 years.I think they are running the home for the sake of earning punya , otherwise they have no concern for the needy senior citizens.

Saturday social engagement programmes. Ambulance facility, cars on hire. Special Care takers on request with extra cost. Nice place for elder citizens

All are Single occupancy rooms . Ac room with TV costs around Rs 35000/- . Cottage type non ac rooms with out TV costs around Rs 26000/- per month. This includes everything, Food, laundry, and care taking.
