If you remove white from Poland, then Vietnam gets multiplied by Micronesia, but Egypt removes Indonesia....
I think it would be better, if instead of exponentiation to -1 power, you multiplied by -1, it would be more accurate to the idea of inversion and create less confusion

My favorite is Romania plus Hungary equals Seychelles.
Italy plus Chad is also Seychelles, Liberia minus Somalia plus Turkey would be Malaysia, and allowing state flags, Liberia minus Somalia plus United Kingdom is Hawaii, and either Micronesia times 2 or Australia plus 2 minus United Kingdom would equal Alaska!
