Welcome!
The definition of "simplify" is ambiguous in this case.

1/ 2^(3/8)
Apparemment on peut encore simplifier car 1/2= 2^(-1), donc 2^(5/8)/2= 2^(5/8)*2^(-1) = 2^((5/8)-1) = 2^(-3/8).

"Apparently we can further simplify because 1/2= 2^(-1), therefore 2^(5/8)/2= 2^(5/8)*2^(-1) = 2^((5/8 )-1) = 2^(-3/8)."

You have done virtually the same video with 9 instead of 8. Will other numbers follow?

Yes. To equip Olympiads with skills they need to excel in tests
The Steps are just too many 1/8^1/8= 0.125^0.125 =0.7711… Answer , which can be understood, by many !

OK, IT WOULD BE EVERYTHING TOO SIMPLE, BUT IF WE IMAGINE IT WERE (1/X)^(1/X)?
In the name of simplification , demonstrated complication.

"You need to teach primary school"
3:07 your method of explanation is very elongated and complicated and boring You keep repeating the same obvious information which is very well known to all BORING Also the breathtaking result to which you unprecedentedly reached is meaningless
