MATCHBOX Custom No 38c Honda Motorcycle and Trailer 1967
This video was 'off the back' of my last one which was the No 38c Honda motorcycle and trailer. Due to the generosity of my subscribers, including Paul Morris, Eric Costello and others, I was fortunate to have multiples of this Matchbox model.
After the first video many people commented that I should have done 'a bit more' with the original model. Since I had the other models at hand I thought why not? - Therefore I bring you the MMM customization of 4 Honda trailer combinations!
My custom models represent YAMAHA, KAWASAKI, SUZUKI and DUCATI themed bikes and trailers. I hope you like them! Marty.

We all know Michael wasn’t invited out for curry after he dropped his bike. ‘I wasn’t gonna come out anyway, I have to get up early! You’re just jealous of my lap times.’

OUTSTANDING!!! A full track of bikes in one go, and all custom. You never fail to amaze me.
I really enjoy custom work, but only after watching an original restoration.. thanks so much for this vid !!!!
This is fantastic. Matching bikes and trailers. Be proud of them
What's better than Marty on a Sunday? Marty at lunch on a workday!
Cracking video again, just sat down after a hard day in the garden with a fresh glass of cider and fish and chips. Absolute heaven. Thanks Marty !
You custom work is exceptional. We get to see your true artistry
What a nice touch with the dog in the back of one of the cars.
This custom work is fantastic. You're a natural hot-rodder. More of these please.
Those bikes are looking really BOSS. Nice trailers too.
Great job on the little bikes and trailers. You are blessed with a lot of patience, that's for sure.
Really enjoyed these custom bikes and trailers.
I'm glad you did these, I knew they'd look great if you customised them.
That you were the best I had already understood, but this time you surpassed yourself !! Congratulations Marty, you are always the number one!!
Marty really enjoyed the custom VLOG.
Great work Marty the detail makes all the difference. It's great how you explain the method of how to do it .
A midweek surprise. Loved the custom bikes. My wife has the latest Cameo machine, it comes with pen attachments so you could draw and cut out decals with it.
"...If there's any left.." LOL! Great that you can get a chance to creatively "play". Fun to watch, Marty...Thanks.
Thank GOD you did the bikes justice! I wanted you to do this when you did the single Honda bike and trailer resto.
All of the models featured in that video were restored so well they looked better than brand new
I love the story at the end. You are very talented and funny. Thanks for doing what you do.
Fantastic editing
Had some fun with these. Good for you. Very nice results.
Top job Marty. Those bikes deserve a bit of colour.
Nice to see custom paint jobs. Great job on video.
I like the black one. That custom tachometer looks great.
This video needs a 'love' button, especially with your commentary at the end...well done :-)
Another great video. Liked the decal cutter--basically a mini-cnc device.
Great Job Marty. I'm glad you are using my suggestion.
THANK YOU...for sharing. Absolutely Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful craftsmanship
What a career in telly you are making... Customising and repairing the toys of your youth, being given presents of toys and equipment from around the world and people loving what you do. The sun shining, new friends. Julie looking good! Life for Marty eh? Enjoyed the production of these bikes and trailers Marty, each time you create I am taken back to my youth.
Beautiful stuff. Toss up between the Yamaha and that Suzuki with that lovely copper paint job
I greatly enjoyed the story at the end of the video...would like to hear so much more of their exploits.
That's brilliant! Love it. Congrats on your first custom.
Loved the story at the end
Awesome show and great colours 🏆🏆🏆
Oh I love customs. They all look so good!
A mid week delight , Thanks Marty.
You have embraced the custom really well marty
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Amazing Job! I enjoy watching to learn new ideas.
Very clever fix on the handle bars
Good idea Marty. Have some fun & use all those clips. A little more adventurous. Nice custom work. That copper bike looks sweet.
I loved your video. A mid-week surprise for us. Shame on those who disliked it. The music in the background is soothing and not in your face and the how to is interesting no matter how many videos I have seen. Loved all the motorcycles. Each one is different. Cheers from Canada!!
Marty! Just one word for you: BRILLIANT!
I guess Michael is back to the drawing board with that lightweight homemade side stand! Milkman indeed! He was probably still at the track soothing the knots on his head from his mates after his bike knocked down the lot of them!
Wonderful, Marty. You've outdone yourself.
From a retired vintage formula 3 and clubman road racer on Ducati singles your 69 bike paint scream was a very close Mark 3. Thanks for sharing the Kawasaki story and going flat out with Mom's hand made outfit. We all had a secret good luck charm on the bike or pocket of leather gear. The ending made me laugh and I never saw it coming. Poor Mike. Even after setting a new lap record he had to pass up the celebration. Thanks Marty for including Ducati.
Very good job. Paint jobs were very good. Keep it up.
These are really fun! Great variety and detail!!
Superb, a masterclass in resto/custom. An inspiration to all of us restorers out there. Wish I could get hold of bikes I think I have 4 or 5 trailers.
I thoroughly enjoyed your video. Your talent is amazing. Nicely done..............
Go on Marty. Do a custom. Or four. Never do anything by halves mate. All great. This bike series has been some of your best work to date. Just keeps getting better.

I didn't say to Marty; I missed the good old days when I used to, see all of these Mattel Electronics Intellevision TV commercials. Ever since the SNES took over in 1987. I also got upset when I; found out that, Atari is still going on strong.😡😢😕😔😪😭😡
Great Job Marty!!....you really have outdone yourself here... I really love the stories at the end of the videos, and how you did the follow up to the last one...Beautiful custom work.
great job on the customs!!! they look so much better than that boring original one!!!
Great job on the restoration!
I guess the Collection of Honda Motorcycle Trailers came in handy when it come to make racing motorcycle team.
Outstanding result. Excellent work. I can't pick a favourite, they are all winners. A superb casting from Matchbox, highlighting the details really brings out how good they can look. Done like this from the factory looks like a missed opportunity, but then they had to be painted a simple colour to match the price point they were sold at.

Indeed. If they were not affordable, they would not be as popular as they had been. Bit of a cutting edge really. You can make these bikes up so fancy but no one would buy one at that price. That's also the reason why Marty get so much examples of cars ans bikes that were done up by their previous owners, as I've done so myself in the past. :-)
Definitely liked that Kawasaki cobber once again enjoying these transformations
Excellent work ... AND a story! Great job!
Мужик ты молодец!!!
Stunning. That Kawasaki in particular
I actually like your handlebars and tachometer assembly better than the original handlebar set-up! Nice work!
i want your make overs and unboxing videos in the same chale each week i look foward to each every week
Again nice work, love the stories behind them
BRAVO !, BRAVO !, BRAVO !, BRAVO !, MARTY, YOU'RE A BOSS !...
This was an awesome video! Love the motor bikes! You do beautiful work. Love the story at the end!!Bravo!!
I'm a new subsctiber from the Midwestern USA...i love hour work, and your commentary. I cant believe no one noticed the emergency condom drawer at 9:24... hilarious. Grest job!

Are they Matchbox scale size? .... Kevin size?.... or
While watching this video I remembered that as a child I thought how could a person that could ride on that motorcycle fit into that car towing it. It would be a few years before I understood the concept of scaling so it was quite confusing as I pondered it. I only mention this because It is just one of the wonderful memories that I’ve had watching your amazing videos. Thanks for the memories as Carol Barnett use to say (well more like sing) at the end of all her shows.
Gosh!...beautiful work..
Great job Marty - lovely ending 👍🏽
It seems for me, that there’s a lots of people like what you do! 😉
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL JOB MATE
Best video yet. Impressive detail.
That was a lot of work Marty. Well worth it, everything came out nice. You need some center drills. They won't wander on you. Have a fantastic day!
Trailers look great
Superb job Marty. Loved all those colours.
Well done! I always love your scenarios and background stories.
Great job, as usual. Love to see a TRIUMPH..
Another excellent presentation Marty Thank you for this mornings entertainment
After that knockdown, Michael made the right decision when he skipped the pub. LOL
Outstanding work Marty! I like them all. Maybe the black one would be my fav.
I can't say I have one favorite. I love them all freaking good work.
great customization! hoping to see more!
Whoa! These came out great! Well done!
I couldn't say which is my favourite, they all look amazing!
I just smiled the whole video, thank you.
Outstanding work Marty. Looking really nice.
When I was a kid, we had 2 of these. They were purple metallic. We only had 1 trailer , which was yellow. Very cool stuff Marty!
Very good video. Thank you.
Your usual well done makeover! I like the blue one. Keep them coming!
Wonderful job
All of them tied for my favorite.
Amazing tiny detail work, Marty! Great job giving each bike its own personality
You sure have an eye for customs.. You should do them more often, Marty!
Absoltutly beautiful motorcycles! they look great, as do the trailers. Very well done! Greetings do down under.
Beautiful work! I can't pick one favorite, they're all exceptional.
Exellent Marty, top custom makeover.
