Chip and his mom looked so cute together, the way he was just so relaxed in her arms, licking her. And I can relate so much to her reasoning for having a dog, that there's someone outside of yourself that's depending on you. Really sweet

Service animals have privileges untrained animals shouldn't have. That's what OP meant. There's been people using the service dog name, or swearing emotional support dogs count (they don't), to let their aggressive pet go everywhere with them. These dogs sometimes attacks actual service dogs, likely due to the trained behavior of service dogs- who are taught to ignore them. Doesn't help that service dogs have to be friendly and gentle, not aggressive, to be trained. Just doesn't fly in dog dominance. Trust me, they're not being oppressed and they like helping. Service dogs undoubtedly have a closer bond than a normal dog would have with those they look after. Likely spoiled rotten too.

I cried hearing about the lady with the collie. I’m an only child and my single parent Mum passed away last year but I dont think I would be able to cope being at home on my own if it wasn’t for my black lab kye we had since he was a pup. He gives me comfort and company when I’m depressed or crying and puts his head on me like he’s sharing my pain and grief. Dogs are very emotionally intelligent animals and deserve to live forever :)

To Riley's owner, I lost my mother the same way. She struggled with addiction. Anyway, such a blessing to have him as a legacy. My heart goes out to her.

If I did this my dog would go to every person but me lol

He did that because he can't get enough oxygen into his body due to his squished muzzle and restricted nostrils, so he feels tired with even a small amount of exercise. This is why French bulldogs and other bulldogs have such "low energy" (really just low oxygen). It's not a cute thing.

The man who had the service dog seemed so sweet and quiet, then he said he has PTSD, broke my heart.😭😭😭 Such a quiet man, troubled by the past. PTSD isn't a person refusing to let go of the past, it's the past refusing to let go of the person. ❤️❤️❤️Stay strong!❤️❤️❤️

I used to have a collie and he was the kindest dog I’ve ever met. he noticed whenever I was feeling upset or anxious and would snuggle up with me and cheer me up he was the sweetest and I miss him every day
