Because we have been terrible all season by poor management and player recruitment but the new manager has pretty much turned it around in the short time he has been here..

I've supported york all my life but unfortunately I live in Devon. So This channel is a big help to keep me updated thank you

Lived near York in the sixties/seventies and didn't miss many matches. Now in Los Angeles for past 30 yrs but always follow their match reviews. Those were the days of Paul Aimson, Phil Boyer, Phil Burrows etc.

Class win that to be fair. Watson making some big saves in that first half. A win on Monday and you’ll be clear. Will be waiting a bit longer for another Boro vs York fixture!

A big win but you can see why Chesterfield are champions. Definitely a surprise result. Going to be touch and go as to who eventually goes down with Oxford. If York keep playing like this then, fingers crossed, they will survive.

Would be interested in what any refarees thought of the Chesterfield No28 actions leading to TLF injury? My take is he knew our player was going to win the ball decided not to compete turned his back and backed in knowing our plsyer would be caught under him very unsporting and worthy of a minimum yellow card didn't really see it that well at the time but reviewing the better view the camera had it looks off.

I'm not a referee but I agree with you. Exactly the same happened to Coventry City's winger Tats Sakamoto and put him out for the season. This is an area that needs to be clamped down on. Straight red. Both Sakamoto and TLF could have been paralysed.

Controversial but why does Cookie insist in jiggling the players formation about? Comendable, perhaps? Every Spirite knows where key players play best. Just an observation, not a criticism. Although I cannot see Paul getting away with experimenting next season. COYB!
