He has loads of promise, again what he can do at his SIZE is not something you hardly ever see.

I remember a few years back he had a video where he was introduced as a point guard. I feel like he could play the point for the Bulls if they develop him as one.

The point guard was a ball hog. The one thing I hate about summer league is the guys that will never make it to the league take all of the shots away from the players who should be getting the shots.

I agree! That point guard number 00 was not passing, poor vision, turned the ball over and was only looking to score. Hard watch.

The handle is outstanding. Just perfect that shot. Going to need 2-3 years of NBA ball to get that body coordination together.

Bro already acknowledged that he needs to bulk up and the team around him was a really tough watch. I’m sure he’s gonna bring immense value to the Bulls in the coming seasons

Can tell he’s got influence from kd in his game but he’s definitely point forward type to really hope my bulls try to develop him into a point guard

I wish he can be a point forward in the future, but the problem that the Bulls are not the best team to develop the rookies like Pat Williams

He's going to be good. Eventually. You can see that it's all there. Just a matter of reps, hitting the weight room, and adjusting to the speed of the NBA. Defensively is where I really see him making a difference early. He'll get a good amount of PT on a Bulls team that is heading towards the tank, too.

good stuff with your analytics .. love his ball skills and footwork at 6'10". As you said, he playmaking decisions should result in more passes. Especially since his shot is not quite ready for this level (summer ball) ... he doesn't look fluid yet with gathering his legs and body during his pickup. So he will struggle even more in NBA. But given his footwork and ball skills, I have little doubt he'll be able to develop his shot eventually. Will also need to put on some weight .. he is pretty toned, but will need more bulk to absorb contact against bigger/better/stronger NBA players. Can't imagine him at a 1 or 2 ... but he will be a perfect 3 in the mold of Pippen. As a 1 or 2, you have to defend too, so at 6'10", he would be a oerfect 3. thanks for posting this !!

I hope he wont be Markkanen 2.0. Fo r now, I can see he is not afraid of contact, whats greaty considering his still sinny frame. A lot of space for development.

Handles are nice to see. 0-4 from 3 and 4-15 is a concern. He's super young and time will tell but he's gotta knock down some shots in Summer League to really feel good about the Summer League stint, which is really not that important but I'm just saying if you care at all about these games, that's what you want to see. He dropped to #11 in large part due to his shooting. So until he shoots well, he's going to continue to have some development issues.

Not to say his shot is not concerning, but as the video mentioned he did have to force a lot of shots up due to the ball dominant point guard. Time will tell.

He looked good I wish bucks would got Filipkowski and grabbed AJ later as he would been available if they are so high on him. But it was reach and we need long guy with 3pt like Lopez he would been able play solid min help and learn but we missed boat

Bulls should turn him into a point guard. His size and handles is decent but he doesn’t have a good shot selection to be a 2 or 3 and he’s not as dominant in the paint to be a 4
