Matar Pulao Simple recipe

Ingredients
Onion medium size - 1
Green Chilly - 4
Black pepper
Salt as per test
Bay Leaves - 2
Cumin - 1 TSP
Rice - 1.5 Cup
Water - 3 Cups
Oil - 2 to 3 TSP
Green pease - 0.5 Cups
Cooking Steps:-
1) Take a pan and 4 tsp oil.
2) Add chopped onion, green chilly, Black pepper, Bay Leaves and cumin. And cook till onion turns Light brown.
3) Add peas( Matar) and fry for 3 mins and add socked rice fry for 1 min in medium flame.
4) Then Add 3 cups of water and add salt as per teast. keep on high flame for 5 min then low flame for 15 min.
