Pebeo Art Academy presented by Fred Fine Arts , explains the Mat Pub, it is an extra fine acrylic with its 29 colors. Very covering, very opaque with a matt, velvety multi-surface satin finish. It can be used both indoors and outdoors. Check out the video.
