Fred Mastro is a fantastic example of what every Traditional teacher of Martial Arts trains his students to become, more advanced than his teacher, representing all Martial Arts in there true form, Respect, Honer first with the ability to finish a bad situation. Fred Mastro has elevated to grand master, grand teacher in my opinion.

What a crock, there was no "evolution", you just went from having arts that gave you no real skill to an art that wasn't BS. Your MMA fight was the reality of trying to apply techniques that are not honed with resistance against someone with resistance and skill.
