Right?! 😁 I thought that he wasn't able to paint! What a cool move to stick to another medium than all of the other contestants even though you have this amount of skill in your back pocket. What a worthy winner.
That work with his daughters sleeping just moved me
Gareth has caught Graham so brilliantly! This is in my top 2 favorite artists. The other being Christian Hook. Amazing talent!!!!

My top two as well!
I've always loved this episode, not only because Gareth is brilliant and Graham is one of my favorite hosts... But because IT WAS MEANT TO BE! They are family, and it feels like Gareth was supposed to draw Graham and meet given this season wasnt his first time on the show.
Gorgeous work. So captured the inner and outer Graham. And 3rd cousins! Crazy.
I really like how he got away from the first sterner look, which Graham did have, and was able to meld seriousness with something more gentle and contemplative...great skill with color too, congratulations.
Brilliant work Gareth.
This one was so interesting, and what a wonderful painting!
It’s so bloody beautiful !! Tears in my eyes!
The unveiling took my breath away. Just perfect.
Obviously not a one trick pony LOVE LOVE it (thnx a lot voor the uploads 😘)
Imagine that! They're quite unmistakably third cousins!
Great artist. It looks very much like the northern painters of Denmark. Brillant and the likeness is sublime
They found such a true master to win this season! Such an incredible artist 💖(his daughter too!) and so impressed with the museum. Would love to visit just to see the collection. 🖌️✨
This artist is amazing
I can see the lovely family resemblance between model and artist. I’m beginning to think everybody is related to everybody somehow. My family has been getting dna tests lately and I was impressed to find out we are so many degrees away from Van Gogh, Gauguin, Mary Queen Of Scots, Elizabeth I, two American founding fathers and Jimmy Carter. Van Gogh was the one that really made my day. One of my heroes!
Terrific!
Just wonderful! I’m sure the universe brought those two together. And for him to win in charcoal says so much - and such a brilliant painter. I can see how Bonnard has influenced him. 💖
Lovet! 😍🤩
Excellent!
Amazing work! When I saw the finished painting I got so emotional how beautifuly and gracefuly was done! Great work of art! Thank you!
What a brilliant artist, and an entertaining show.
Fabulous portrait! Gareth is so talented.
💖
I can definitely see the resemblance
What a great episode!

Wonderful !! USA
Graham's mom is so darling
🤗🤗🤗
I have a question ….why the blue background behind the beautiful painting? I found it took away from - fought with - the delicacy of his wonderful portrait.
where are the judges?
The judges decision is a farce. Samira is undoubtedly very skilled, very talented. But really, I feel the judges decision was politically inspired, which is very disappointing. I don't really want to see what this young artists' next move is, as her wonderful gift has been overshadowed by this inappropriate decision. I am saddened, for Samira, by this unwise choice.
