Great interview. Seems many if not most top ultra runners were very good athletes before they became involved in running. Couch to podium is very rare. That said applying the training to the average trail runner is tricky which is why good coaches like David and Megan are important. 🏃♂️🏃♂️
So much energy flowing from this couple… my ears were tired after 2 minutes!

This video seems as if it was on speed dial. Or they both talk super fast. Had too stop it halfway. I've heard both of them before plenty of times, but this was unusually FAST. Hope this helps🤷🏻♂️🌪🤯
