Question when growing fruits and vegs do I use nutrition all the way to harvest and if so is the nutritions ok for human consumption🤔

Yes your plants should always have a source of nutrition as long as they are growing. That said you don't need to feed them up to the very moment of harvest, but you don't want to leave it too long. Some growers chose to reduce the amount of nutrient they use or "flush" the nutrient completely (we have a video on this I will link below). It's important to remember that the type of nutrient needs to be different as well during the fruiting stage. Most commercial mixes will be label as "grow" or "bloom" and you want to use "bloom" when flowering and fruiting. Bloom nutrients are basically higher in phosphorus. As for consuming plants that have been grown using hydroponic nutrients, yes they are completely safe to consume providing you have been using nutrients that are approved for use in hydroponics.
