I just found your channel when researching a different issue for my case the video that sent me to this video was informative I will comment on that video as well I'm not an attorney I'm a victim of judicial misconduct depravation of rights under color of law my inalienable rights were violated biased impromptu court I can go on forever so I've been learning a d researching law since after I got out of jail I have no priors but I started noticing my case and court had something going on that didn't seem normal like the court dates were constantly being waivered I never got a prelim my 1st counsel waived that without my consent the court has a predetermined disposition and my attorney knowing and having evidence of my innocence offered 3 plea deals which I denied and then offered the 3rd plea a yr later and told me I should consider it and he did a number of things that clearly constitute misconduct ineffective counsel obstruction interfering with my civil rights was confronted and withdrew to escape further litigation from me and like this video I just researched rule 403 cause the prosecution is using tampered and falsified evidence for trial and from what I understand that the only evidence they have and where I never had opportunity to present a defense or my evidence let alone question witness or present witnesses but their only evidence has less than 0 probative value and the court has prejudiciary misconduct the evidence would be detrimental and holds I high value to confuse the jury and unduly prejudice would be highly certain I've went public my wife learned law from me and researched and we have petitions published and getting signatures exposing the misconduct and injustice this impromptu court has put me thru almost 4 yrs but I got the attention on the APO appropriations subcommittee and I received a notice for 3 separate dates that will be live streamed to address the Senate about the issues I've experienced as stated above the process of the court procedure due process but I hoping to accomplish implementing a more strict guide line for checks and balances so there is less room for corruption and injustice I also have an argument for the supreme court to overturn Terry vs Ohio a major problem contributor to corruption my new counsel is filing a motion in court Weds for dismissal with extreme prejudice all from what I mentioned above anyways I want to thank you for how informative your videos are I will def be commenting and liking you videos and thanks for the cheat sheet

Can 403 Objections only be used during a trial? ..Can it be used during motion pleadings, answers, or when countering the arguments made in a Summery Judgment action?
