Mastering Cymbidium Care: Cool and Warm Flowering Tips
Cool-flowering and warm-flowering. Cymbidium orchids come in two main types:
Cool-flowering Cymbidiums thrive in cooler temperatures, usually blooming in late fall to early spring.
Warm-flowering Cymbidiums prefer warmer conditions and can bloom throughout the year, often more frequently in warmer environments.
By providing the appropriate environment for each type, you can help them thrive and produce beautiful blooms.

also remember often those that flower early in the season are more often warmer flowering cymbidiums as the flower spikes are initiated earlier often before the colder weather would come about

@@thenaturecompany I'm sure it will.. this is more information than I've been able to get anywhere else (including books and orchid society websites) so it's a great start! 👍🏼😊
They grow to very large sizes and need a fair amount of space, too. 😊❤

if your area does not experience any frost then all the cymbidiums should grow really well in your environment out doors 💯👍

does over fertilization promotes growth but hampers flowering in general?

Over fertilization can cause other problems too , toxic buildup of different nutrients , root burn and cause certain nutrients to be blocked from being absorbed.
