    could you share an easier to read xls of the training block spreadsheet you're showing on screen. Recovering from terrible injuries (smashed by drunk driver on road bike) and I think after I get through all my PT, should be a great way to restart racing!

    How can this approach be modified if you can't fit in the 5 and 4 hr midweek endurance rides?
